Intelligent Automatic Pump Control
The PC-58 pressure controller is designed to improve pump operation by automating start and stop functions while adding important safety and monitoring features. It helps protect the pump against water shortage, detects abnormal operation, and provides live system pressure feedback on the built-in digital screen.

Three Built-In Working Modes
Manual Mode
Starting pressure can be manually adjusted from 0.5 to 6.0 bar. This gives a wide adjustment range and is simple to operate.
Automatic Mode
The controller automatically adjusts the starting pressure according to real-time pipeline pressure. Higher pipeline pressure results in a higher starting pressure, while lower pipeline pressure results in a lower starting pressure. This helps prevent startup failures caused by incorrect preset pressure settings and makes the controller suitable for pumps with a head range of 10 to 98 metres. It is especially useful in systems where multiple pressure sources overlap, such as municipal supply or another booster pump.
Pressure Mode
The stopping pressure can be set from 1.0 to 9.8 bar. In this mode, the pump stops according to both pressure and flow, giving more reliable shutdown performance.
